Bay Laurel Essential Oil has a fresh, sweet, and slightly spicy aroma. This cleansing essential oil is a great multitasker which can be used to help support digestion, skin health, and can help to clear when used as part of an inhalation. Bay is also known to be a wonderful oil to help energise both the mind and body. 

This Oil is steam distilled from the leaves and branches of the Bay tree.  

The composition of Bay is outstanding, it contains constituents from almost all the functional groups – Oxides, Alcohols, Phenols and Esters. This explains its multitude of uses! This Bay essential oil is known as laurel, sweet bay, true bay and Mediterranean bay.

How to use:

DIY TIP: To help you re-energise in the mornings, try adding 2 drops of Bay, and 2 drops of Rosemary to 10ml of un-fragranced shower gel, and enjoy as part of your morning shower.

ROOM FRAGRANCE: Add to a Diffuser or oil burner to create a fresh and cleansing environment. Bay Lauren blends well with rosemary and most citrus oils.
