Himalayan salt has long been a popular solution for many different purposes, and thanks to its high mineral content it is perfect for use as a bath salt. Our Himalayan bath salt is naturally pink in colour, which is the result of the 84 trace minerals and elements it contains. The benefits of using Himalayan bath salts can leave you feeling cleansed, with its natural purifying properties.
Himalayan salt was formed over 250 million years ago from a prehistoric ocean and has been preserved from pollution ever since, making it one of the purest salts on earth. Our Himalayan bath salts contain magnesium, calcium, iron and potassium. They are 100% natural, helping to cleanse your body to achieve radiant, healthy looking skin.
How to use:
Add salts to a warm bath (37-39°C is ideal). Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes. For regular skin health and radiance, use 100-250g (1/2-1 cup) up to 3 times per week. For a more intense cleansing and purifying bathing experience, use 500g-1Kg (2-4 cups) once a month. You can use alongside other bath salts, oils and foams, so any bath can be boosted with Himalayan Salts.
