How to use:

For Hair :

 Using cold-pressed castor oil to nourish and maintain your hair is easy. Simply massage it into your scalp with your fingertips, and leave it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing out. This will help ensure that the oil seeps deeply into the scalp for maximum benefit. You can also use a comb to brush some of the oil through the rest of your hair to give it extra nourishment.

For a more intense nourishing treatment, you can try an overnight application. Work the oil into your scalp before bed and cover your head with a shower cap to keep it from making contact with your pillows. In the morning, rinse out the oil and shampoo as normal.

If you’ve coloured or chemically treated your hair recently, consider diluting cold-pressed castor oil with a carrier oil, such as coconut or jojoba. This will help prevent the hair colour from fading too quickly and reduce any possible irritation to sensitive scalps.
